Cancelling your plan

Because plans are paid in advance with no long-term contract, you simply choose not to renew when your term ends. To stop future renewals or ask about cancelling early, contact us by email or WhatsApp.

Cooling-off period

If you change your mind shortly after ordering and have not substantially used the service, contact us — refunds within the cooling-off window are handled under our refund policy.

What happens to your access

Your access remains active until the end of your paid term unless a refund is issued. After that, the service simply stops.
