We provide access to a streaming service and related technical support. Channel availability, on-demand titles and features may change over time. We do not own or control third-party content and we do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, event or title.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the content you access is legal in your region.
- You must keep your login details private and not share or resell access unless you hold a reseller agreement with us.
- You are responsible for your own internet connection and compatible hardware.
3. Payment & renewals
Plans are priced in Canadian dollars and are paid in advance for the chosen term. There is no automatic long-term contract; you choose when to renew.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including temporary interruptions outside our reasonable control.
