Buffering or freezing

Restart your router, switch to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or a wired connection, and close other heavy downloads. Try again after a minute.

Channel not loading

Exit the channel and reopen it, or restart the app. If one channel is down briefly, others usually keep working.

Login not working

Re-enter your details carefully (they are case-sensitive). Still stuck? Send us your order reference and we will check your account.
